Message	Side trim panel under the steering wheel off you should see most of the alarm. It gonna have larger gauge wire than oem and have a out of place lookin solid color wires like yellow, green, etc. Disconnect the battery, go back under the steering wheel and just start clipping all the wires that shouldn't be there and get them out of the picture. The more shh I'm mean stuff you get out of the way, the more you'll see what should and shouldn't be there. Heat shrink and solder. As far as your brights check your clearance illumination fuse, and also take off the pod that has the switch for lights, they might have tapped into it right there and the wire broke or something.
